Job Specification:
Relevant Experience (Yrs) :6 years
Technical/Functional Skills :• 5-6 years of broadly based, progressive experience in a large Lotus Domino messaging environment (10,000+ end users).
•5 years of experience in BlackBerry Enterprise Server implementation and support.
•1-3 years of experience in Lotus Traveler server implementation and support.
•Experience with the MobileIron Virtual Smartphone Platform product, or competing product that supports iOS and Android device management.
•5-6 years of experience in a Windows operating system environment;
•Extensive hands-on experience in BlackBerry Enterprise Server support.
•Experience with IT Policies and the BlackBerry Administration Service.
•Experience managing software configurations for BlackBerry devices.
•Experience troubleshooting various handheld issues including PIM
•synchronization, Email reconciliation, and general device troubleshooting.
•Experience using the BlackBerry Enterprise Transporter.
•Experience integrating mobile devices into a corporate WLAN environment.
•Certification from Research in Motion is preferred.
•Experience with BoxTone monitoring is preferred.
•Experience with BlackBerry Mobile Voice System is preferred
