Wanted WCM Technical Lead:
Technical/Functional Skills :Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
.6+ years or more of relevant IT experience ( Java based technologies)
.4+ years of IBM WCM/portal (6.xx) coding and unit testing
.6+ years of J2EE (J2ee, JSP, spring framework) coding and unit testing
.3+ of XML/XSLT experience using Java based technologies
.6+ years of HTML+ AJAX and troubleshooting experience
.2+ yrs of experience with the WC M API and building all types of WCM components.
.Expert level knowledge of development on IBM LWCM 6.1.5
.Hands on and in-depth experience with the WCM and building all types of WCM components
. Experience with HTML, web navigation design and architecture is a must
. Experience with migration to LWCM 6.1.5
. Good knowledge of using WCI for migration/integration
Mandatory needs
. At least 5 years of professional experience delivering IT on onsite offshore model
.Experience on SLA Delivery model and Project Delivery reporting methods.
.Good understanding of CMM level parameters and implementing the same on project.
.Experience with developing, implementing, and leading adoption of ITIL best practices in Service, Infrastructure and Application Management;
.Good understanding of Software Quality Assurance process
.Experience in writing Business and system specifications, Project Plan and High level requirement documents.
.Good Communication Skills
.Good People Management skills
